In an unprecedented collaboration between two Hampton Roads cities, a 32-acre research, technology and education campus is being developed in Suffolk and Portsmouth, Virginia. Opening Fall 2007, this new corporate campus will feature the new home for the Virginia Modeling Analysis and Simulation Center, a new Old Dominion University Higher Education Center and opportunities for speculative and build-to-suit office space as well as hotel development. The MAST Center neighbors the United States Joint Forces Command. The MAST Center is one piece of the new master Hampton Roads Crossing development.
