Site Overview

A brand new 148 acre live-work-play environment centrally located within the Hampton Roads metro area. The Hampton Roads Crossing lies at the northeast corner of the intersection of the Western Freeway (Route 164) and College Drive in Suffolk. This section has become known as an emerging technology corridor and is home to USJFCOM and VMASC. This development was designed to be pedestrian friendly, encouraging its residents and office users to be outside enjoying all that it has to offer.

Urban-inspired design with the pedestrian in mind to link the work and educational center campus with the neighboring retail and residential centers in a truly cohesive live/work/play environment. Master planned for 600 units construction will begin Summer 2007, with the first Phase planned for opening in Spring 2008.
